Product description:

The Cerasus Valgaris Mill, commonly known as the sour cherry tree, can reach up to 10 meters in height with a spherical crown. Its branches can be open and droopy, and sometimes it produces tillering branches from its roots to form a shrub. The bark is dark brown and flakes off in transverse lenticels. Initially, the young shoots are glabrous and green, but they turn reddish-brown as they grow older.
The leaves of the sour cherry tree are elliptic to obovate or ovate. Its inflorescence is umbellate, with 2-4 flowers that open along with the leaves. The base of the inflorescence often contains erect leaf-like scales. The petals of the flowers are white and measure 10-13mm long, with the flowers themselves reaching a diameter of 2-2.5cm.
The drupe of the sour cherry tree is oblate or spherical and measures 12-15mm in diameter. The fruit is bright red with light yellow flesh, possesses a sour taste, and has a sticky nucleus. The nucleus is brown, spherical, and measures 7-8mm in diameter.
